Use when: Numeric outcome, grouping column, normal residuals.

Purpose: Model a binary outcome from one or more predictors.
Use when: Binary outcome and one or more numeric predictors.

CategoricalChi-square goodness of fit
Purpose: Compare observed category counts against expected proportions.
Use when: One categorical column.
